Privacy Notice

This privacy notice is provided by VeraLux Lounge ("we") under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) regarding personal data collected via this website, the reservation form, WhatsApp and the online event planner.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, phone number, e-mail address
• Reservation / event details: date, time, number of guests, occasion, special requests
• If an event agreement is signed: national ID number, address and electronic signature record (date, time, IP address)
• Security: IP address and browser information (to prevent abuse)

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process your data to receive, confirm and manage your reservation, prepare event quotes and conclude agreements (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), comply with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and keep our service secure based on legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Marketing messages are only sent with your separate explicit consent.

4. Transfers

We never sell your data. It may be shared only as necessary with hosting (servers located in Türkiye), e-mail and WhatsApp service providers, and with authorities when legally required. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed on Meta Platforms' infrastructure.

5. Retention

Reservation requests are kept for 1 year; event agreements and related records for the statutory limitation period (10 years), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you may request information about, correction or deletion of your data, learn to whom it was transferred, object to processing and claim compensation. Send your request to info@veraluxlounge.com; we reply within 30 days.
